In many companies, the personal development of employees is not, or only very rarely, specifically promoted in contrast to professional development. This is confirmed by participants in my seminars, which I have been conducting for years. While subject-specific topics are taught, the promotion of soft skills is neglected. That's why I incorporate my experience as a Mentor | Coach | Trainer into all my seminars.
