In my work, I combine methods from mentoring, coaching, training and classical consulting. Nevertheless, the requirements for a mentor, coach, trainer and consultant differ significantly from each other. The differences in the respective requirement profiles is tabulated below.

How I Work With You
The working methods are derived from the individual requirement profiles. The demanding task of a mentor is clearly distinguished from the activities of a coach, trainer or consultant. The mentor, for example, accompanies the mentee on a long-term basis in strategic career planning. The primary goal is the development of action competence. The mentee continues to bear responsibility for his or her actions.
