Creation of your Profile à 90 Minutes
In the first step you will receive a link to an online questionnaire with 166 questions. After you have completed and returned this questionnaire, we will determine your MBTI personality type (MBTI Step I Type) in a first mentoring meeting of 90 minutes. The MBTI questionnaire initially assigns you to one of 16 personality types. In a second evaluation, your individual profile (MBTI Step II Type) will be created using five behavioral facets, which will give you information about what distinguishes your MBTI Type from others of the same Step I Type and what you have in common with people with a different MBTI Type.
After the first mentoring interview, you will receive a 17-pages evaluation report that will provide you the following:
- Work Style
- Communication Style
- Team Style
- Decision Making Style
- Leadership Style
- Conflict Style
- Behavior under Stress
Basic personality traits are difficult to change in a targeted manner. Competencies, on the other hand, should and must change, and can be developed, trained and managed in a planned manner. For this reason, we use another online questionnaire to determine your competency profile in the form of the KODE® CompetencyAtlas by Prof. Dr. John Erpenbeck and Prof. Dr. Volker Heyse with the depiction of 64 sub-competencies.
In our second 90-minutes mentoring session, we talk through your results and identify skill development opportunities. Following the interview, you will receive a 24-page evaluation report that includes the following evaluations:
- Competence profile (personal competence, activity and action competence, technical and methodological competence, social-communicative competence)
- Information on action ideal, action expectation, action execution as well as action result
- Competence characteristics under normal and difficult living and working conditions
- Interpretation offers
- Feedback on personal time management
- Information about your own learning behavior
- Team skills

In our final meeting of 60-minutes, we can discuss initial development approaches then.
In the fourth step, we develop together in two 60-minute appointments your personal Career Canvas. We use this as the basis for your personal development plan - your business map. It can also be helpful later on as a discussion guide, e.g. in an employee or job interview.
The career canvas expands the career compass by the following points:
- Organizational unit
- Position
- Main tasks
- Responsibilities
- Challenges
- Results
- Career drivers
- Career hindrances
Through your career canvas, you get an overview of your own distinctive profile and recognize what unique value contribution you can make. The analysis and description of your initial business/professional situation enables us to identify future development scenarios and develop individual action plans for you.
After our second interview, you will receive a 25-pages documentation of your career canvas.
The final meeting, which takes place at the earliest 3 weeks after the second meeting, has the task of measuring your implementation success.
