Your competencies have increased and thus you have been given further responsibility.

You have achieved a lot and found your place in the world. You want to preserve what you have achieved. This is especially true since you are aware that your physical vitality is declining and that external success is becoming rarer or is losing its previously attributed value. You dive into the mental phase of your life. This is characterized by a detachment from previous structures. You adapt your life to your decreasing energy and plan a
life structure without paid work.
